Cons

Raises not based on performance, you get a raise when everyone else gets a raise based on the going rate. Things get brushed under the rug, people have no drive to do the best they can.

    I worked at Marriott full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Got some of the best training of my life here to prepare me for different positions besides just serving. Made life time friends here. Had some really great experiences!

    Cons

    -Didn't agree with the way HR handled some things.
    -Front office management was always trying to cause problems and put the blame on other departments for their mistakes.
    -Cafeteria food.
