Pros

job advancement opportunities, workforce diversity, and corporate culture

Cons

benefits cost, management salary, lack of accountability and training

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on management development and accountability. There are great managers who want to succeed, but are held back because of poor performance of colleagues and lack of accountability. Also, when management pays more for benefits in order to subsidize the cost of benefits for hourly workers, the company loses top management prospects.
