It was a great way to understand what happens behind the scenes at a hotel

Cons

Makes me never want to work for this company ever again

Advice to Management

Treat employees that went out on LOA better than you do. Don't cut their hours after they come back and than let them go for being out legally on LOA.

    Pros

    They like to give overtime, especially in busy season which is may-august.

    Cons

    They will over work you, I once had 3 doubles back to back for three days. The staff is rude and they need to replace half the people that work their. Some people have been their over 5+ yrs and will never move up or go anywhere and are so stuck that they can only do a certain amount of work its ridiculous. Everyone complains all the time

    Management de-powers their supervisors by undermining them and their decisions. They dont let supervisors do the necessary disciplinary actions to get certain other employees out of their. They also basically let the people under supervisors do whatever they want rather then holding individuals responsible .

    Advice to Management

    Let supervisors do their job and discipline employees that need to , and stop taking advantage of people availability and scheduling them a lot of non stop back to back shifts
