    Job stability A lot of low level positions to bounce around in Hotel discounts Decent health benefits

    Cons

    Terrible pay, especially in higher cost of living areas Very limited opportunity for advancement or development Poor environment towards women, especially on the West coast Very mediocre management, limited in their talent and ability to run their business units Running Skelton crews in sales and its starting to take its toll

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention to your leadership team and what they are doing. You talk a lot about ethics and then turn a blind eye to some terrible behavior. Introduce a hotline for victims of sexual harassment to report what is happening because your current system is a joke
