There are not any pros.

Cons

The company's pay rate is real low, you can't even pay your rent or car note. They think feeding you with food is what is necessary with their crappy insurance. They conspire against u with other managers to get u fired. So watch ur back. There aren't any raises. This company is real cheap, and dey make billions. They have thirsty managers trying to get with their employees.

Stop lying, check email correspondences, and do research.

    Pros

    The pay is okay for the amount of work you do. You never see your direct boss if you work the evening shift 3-11. You get to be on the computer when you are slow and can do a fair amount of "slacking off" and get away with it.

    Cons

    The hours make a social life impossible, lots of drunks, crazy people and very very full of themselves "reward cards members" can be hard to deal with

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    We get no positive feedback at my property. I have been with the company almost 4 years and i can count how many positive comments i have received from management about my work on one hand and I routinely get positive guest feedback but hear nothing from management about that. I only hear when a guest says anything negative, even if what they are saying isn't true...we hear about it. Be more positive, more upbeat. Appreciate your workers. We work every holiday and until 11 a night, some people over night, show some appreciation because god knows your not coming in to cover that shift on a holiday!
