Creepy drunk people, too much downtime, fixing others mistakes

    Pros

    Family feeling on a larger scale. Good hotel benefits. Great record on environmental initiatives and worker rights- sustainable tourism leader- lots of variety of accomodation levels and styles. Very diverse staff-race/age/gender/ equal opportunity

    Cons

    lots of corporate rhetoric that was badly packaged. a bit too robotic and demanding when it came to performance reviews.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    keep the same qualities and ethics, but modernize the implementation and presentation. Go for employee and guest happiness not the classic rote efficiency.
