A highly regarded company in the food industry that has great brands, top notch people, and superior quality products.

ProsPay and benefits are above average. Opportunities to cross over traditional discipline boundaries are quite good with the right skill set and performance history. This includes both lateral moves and promotions.

ConsOrganization has become quite flat in recent years. Many must be content with lateral movement for quite some time before being promoted.

It's a hard and high pressure place to work. You need to know how to manage work life balance well on your own.
