    Great Benefit package Very good work life balance exceptional people/co-workers

    Cons

    Compensation is inadequate promotions were not treated the same. Different in Iowa then elsewhere, Management inconsistant Reporting structure was not aligned properly

    Create a better reporting structure. Look very closely into the performances in Iowa
