Current Employee – been working at Marsh
Pros – The environment is really good for people who really likes working. The culture and values are also impressive and they really did it!
Cons – Nothing really bad about this company. I really love working here. the benefits and the pension programs here are really good and they really take a care of you as their employees.
Advice to Senior Management – I think team work is really important and it is where you learn most of the professional skills from. Team work never hurt.
