Pros – Benefits and pension is great.
Cons – Managers are not your typical managers in my office it is more of a popularity contest. My manager constantly gossips and talks bad about other employees and their families. Manager will do anything to make themselves look better and you look bad. Nothing is professional about manager
Advice to Senior Management – Treat your employees with respect get rid of management that makes marsh be a bad place to work
