Very political

Senior Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsThe managing directors and SVP are very thorough in what they know. They believe in their team of employees.

ConsYou should tell people when you are hiring them as an consultant vs. full time employee.

Advice to Senior ManagementSpend more time having belief in your employees. This firm could do so much better in their marketing efforts if they knew how to market ideas to their employees instead thinking of them as second rate citizens.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Ok job if you don't mind doing the same exact thing everyday

Certificate Specialist (Current Employee) Austin, TX

I have been working at Marsh & McLennan Companies full-time for more than a year

Pros: Good benefits, 401k, easy job, quarterly bonus if you meet your numbers. If you like a routine schedule… Cons: Monotonous, not very exciting. There is opportunity to advance to team lead and supervisor positions and to other departments within the Austin… Advice to Senior Management: Give more of an incentive to do well and work harder, outside of a quarterly bonus. Have group outings and fun team… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
