Unrealistic

ProsGood experience for first time work, college students, high school students.

Consscarce hours, ridiculous management, bad pay, they want you to take your job of hanging clothes extremely serious,

    Pros: Pros? You get paid. minimum wage. If its you first job you'll have the pleasure of learning how it is in the real world and… Cons: They dont work with you on hours, they dont monitor the conduct of the employees, they dont require english to be a necessary language even… Advice to Senior Management: Fix up the store at Laredo.     Pros: Name brands for less. Good prices Cons: Low wages, full-time hours are considered 30-35hrs per week to include nights and weekends. Minimal training, yet high expectations.
