“Easy, Laid Back, but poor pay and hours”
I worked at Marshalls part-time for less than a year
Pros – Laid back managers, flexible hours
Cons – Poor scheduling, poor shift leading and management skills, short handed, low pay
Advice to Senior Management – Plan better timings, have enough employees on floor to not be short handed.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
