“Company great, store not so much”
I have been working at Marshalls full-time for more than a year
Pros – first pick on designer clothing at discount prices, ability to advance quickly and many locations to work at throughout usa, uk, and canada
Cons – overworked, stay over every single day when you are already working 55 hours, attrition rate is also very high.
Advice to Senior Management – Please offer higher than minimum wage to your part time employees they are as important as the rest of us.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
