    Pros

Friendly environment, management is great with training and scheduling hours around college classes. They always keep training about how to improve customer service and give a great customer experience at the store.

    Cons

Minimum wage, scheduling is always late.

    Advice to Management

Schedule 2 weeks ahead of time. Look at people availability before assigning a shift.

    Pros

-Hours are very flexible -10% discounts -Occasionally there are 20% weekends for the employees -Raises every May and the raise depends on how well you are doing

    Cons

-If you don't have a lot of open hours then you won't get a lot of hours -Pay starts at minimum wage -It gets pretty busy especially on weekends and holidays
