    Pros

Casual Dress, Decent Salary, Some outstanding drivers, operations staff working with you.

    Cons

Stress, Supervisors and Coworkers chewing tobacco on the job, Poor Work Facility/ Location, Will rush you up higher duties on same pay. Accusations of Racism/ Cruelty from Drivers when the preplan just isn't there. Wouldn't recommend unless you specifically want to be in the Transportation Business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find solutions to solve the problems that affect drivers instead of Sugarcoating. Its unnerving how much skill there is in manipulating drivers to complacency. claims are made that the industry has a shortage of drivers, while fleet managers get daily complaints about not having enough work.

Not a good company - unreliable, not honest in their dealings with drivers.

    Pros

They have the miles to keep drivers moving.

    Cons

    1. Bait and switch pay scale - their pay scale is 3 cents less than advertised, and they tell you you actually get paid more because of the per diem issue. 2. They will automatically sign you up for benefits such as 401K, that you have to pay for, without your consent. 3. They have hidden policies that they will automatically fire you for, or force you to quit. If they fire you, they will put a negative entry on your DAC report. If you quit within the first 6 months, they will charge you for orientation costs. I was forced to quit without notice or review (a driver with a great driving record and over 30 years experience) before my 6 months due to a bogus policy or they would have fired me with a negative report that would have ended my driving career. This is provable information.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of hidden, stringent policies that force good drivers from your company. Be honest and straight with your drivers - THEY are what make your company!
