    Excellent internship Experience

I worked at Martha Stewart Living as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Supervisor was kind enough to assign an intern an actual project to work on during 10 wk period.
Team presentation with other interns was a great opportunity.

    Cons

Perhaps more networking events would be beneficial.

  2.

Great company to work for, team is great, but salary is below market.

I have been working at Martha Stewart Living full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The team I work on is really great. The managers really go to bat for the team, and we get to work on some fun projects. The management is pretty dedicated to letting people work on the things that interest them.

    Cons

The physical location of the office makes it pretty difficult to get lunch or run errands during lunch, and the pay is below market for most positions. There have been layoffs each year that I've been there so that might be something to consider.
