Stable company - Very Low Salaries - No Growth Opportunities

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
Raleigh, NC

I worked at Martin Marietta Materials full-time for more than 3 years

ProsThe company overall seems to be a stable business.

ConsThis company does not like to see their employees grow unless they are Plant Managers. Everyone else needs to be content with where they are and expect not to grow in their current position. Many of the procedures with this company are ancient.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlace a higher value on existing employees and allow them growth opportunities.
