Pros

Good pay, some good people, donut every Friday

Pins and Needle atmosphere, some good people but negative atmosphere, way behind the times and not willing to invest.

    Pros

Plant people are nice. Office culture is good.

    Cons

There's alot of people on power trips. Salaries are not great. They overwork the hardworking people.

    Advice to Management

Have a tougher hiring process where you find people that actually fit into company culture. In the end, hiring too many of the wrong people change company culture entirely.

    Pros

I was there for several years - It had it's great times when it was still growing. CEO Mike Tapick is a good business man. A lot of great people work here. A lot of hardworking people.

    Cons

Once his son took over it went downhill. A lot of layoffs. No appreciation for loyal employees. A lot of powertrips. Hired too many alphas at once. Pay is not great. A lot of favoritism.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your biggest resource - your people.
