“Great company to work for.”
Current Employee – been working at Martin Resource Management full-time for more than a year
Pros – Flexible, great benefits, competitive pay, pretty good upper management. The company has locations all over the states so upward advancement is getting easier to obtain. Additionally, if you have a good work ethic, it will get noticed. Seniority is not as big a deciding factor for promotions, it's the job one does.
Cons – Sometimes communication is not that great between high level management and the operation managers.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep looking for good investment properties.
