    Pros

I like the benefits in Marvell.
Base pay, cash bonus, RSU and each year 15 days PTO. Health insurance is top notch too. Great cafeteria.

    Cons

Base pay might be a bit low comparing to market average but it's acceptable. Average raise per review needs to be more.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Marvell Technology full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

gym on site, cafeteria food is not bad. Medical benefit is ok.

    Cons

cutting cost to bone. Low compensation, a lot of work with unrealistic deadline and no training. Culture is very different from group to group. So beware of the culture of the group that you will work in.

Very poor and unprofessional people management. Manager don't care about employees' career or needs, only care about the projects and their own career advancement. If you're in the lower bottom of the pyramid, you'd rather look for somewhere else for career advancement.

The company take advantage of immigrants who needs H1B or greencard sponsor, and provide below market compensation. If you receive a low-ball offer, make sure you negotiate what you deserve or better go somewhere else.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to listen to people who work for you. You hired them because you think they will do a good job, not because they will follow your orders.
