Pros

The company has been very successful with the core business. In addition to that, there are tons of new product being developed. It is a trend for IC now a days, and the company need to find a way to put everything together and make it work.

Cons

With so many products on going. It is hard to stay focused. This is what the company need to improve. The company expanded over the years, there are people or team that lost their direction.

Advice to Management

Stay focused and keep company moving forward.

    Pros

Technologies that you works on is supper.
Most time we have flexible work hours

    Cons

Top controls everythings and can not communicates and motivates the troop, we have a few whole company meetings, where top managers talk for hours and everyone not sure what messages they want to communicate.
It is a ineffect family control business.
Pay is low. Even you get promotion, you will not get much more.

    Advice to Management

You may need to give ways to professional managers to manage the company or change yourself

    Pros

You can make good friends with the people in the trenches. Like in combat, you bond with your compatriots.

    Cons

Management gives you impossible tasks and tell you to get it done and that is it all. They then set up roadblocks. If it gets done despite their efforts, they get the credit, and you get nothing.

Upper management just does what it wants and bullies you and forces you to follow their top down decision without caring much about the people doing the work or their inputs.

Lack of trust in upper management.

If you care about your job or your sense of professionalism, your work life balance is awful.

    No career growth.

Knowledge is hard to get so technical growth is hard.

Company is very tight with money, but will spend on the things that don't really help.

If you are not upper management, it is hard to get any respect or cooperation and they will not care what you say or feel.

    Advice to Management

Don't treat employees like they don't know what is going on or that they are a dime a dozen. You will just get a bunch of yes men and hand puppets, and political players. That is what they seem to value since that is who they seem to promote and reward the most.
