Pros – Philosophy of God 1st, family 2nd, career 3rd. A Christian based company.
Cons – You are in business for yourself so you must have a schedule for yourself. You have to be disciplined.
Advice to Senior Management – I appreciate being appreciated. I appreciate being recognized for a job well done whether a big or small job.
