Great opportunity to start as a side job

Independent Beauty Consultant (Current Employee) Miami, FL

ProsFlexibility, you are your own boss, the products are good, the girl time, making extra cash, recognition, lots of motivation.

ConsThe pressure to team build, feels like an MLM, can't move up until you team build, you try so hard sometimes and your results are unstable. If things seem aren't being done exactly told, they automatically think you're "reinventing the wheel". Takes up SO much time. You have to pay for everything (meetings, food, conventions, supplies) . Very difficult to handle if you already have a lot on your plate.
