Pros

The people in the office I worked in were very easy to work with, for the most part.

Cons

It's a sales oriented business, so I expected there to be pressure to sell, but there was too much emphasis on selling particular products.

    -good people
    -really cares about employees and clients
    -teaches the value of creating real relationships with clients
    -stipend when beginning career

    Cons

    -not many people make it in the business because it can be tough at times
    -success depends on how much work you put into the job
