    Pros

Get hands-on experience working with patients if you are looking to pursue a career in medicine.

    Cons

If you are not looking to be a doctor or nurse, don't waste yourt time here. Dead-end low paying jobs with no opportunity for career advancement because there is no career to be made (unless you are the son, daughter, etc of a doctor, President, CEO, etc). Doctors are your bosses, they are also the Presidents, Board of Directors, CEOs. There is also no standarization accross different departments, which creates a lot of confusion.

There is always someone to blame and managers love to place that blame on someone
anyone whenever possible instead of fixing the problem.

    Advice to Management

There is no management, but doctors acting as managers.

    Pros

Many opportunities to advance in your career are readily available to employees. Examples of these are tuition reimbursement programs, free trainings, clinical research courses, and the ability to take mini courses at Harvard for free or for a very low price.

    Cons

Sometimes can be very bureaucratic, which makes it difficult to get projects off the ground.
