“good company, nice people and work culture but opportunities get limited as your years of experience increase”
Current Employee – been working at Mastek
Pros – Great work culture - open minded and respect for everyone, fair employee policies, easily accessible top management, some good people to work with
Cons – Should have made it big to the level of Infosys/TCS - not doing so yet means it is still a mid-sized IT organisation for whom the business environment is getting tougher.
Management direction and positioning for external world is confused and lacks clarity.
Lot of deadwood in the company
Opportunities get limited at senior levels due to lack of projects and initiatives.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to be clear about positioning in market.
Need infusion of talent from outside at mid to senior levels to introduce some competition and clear out deadwood.
