Pros

Very good leadership with a great culture amongst the workforce. The organization looks to lead their industry, rather than to follow their competitors.

Cons

Overly sales driven at times. The goals of various departments often conflict, leading to inefficiency and occasional confusion amongst team members.

Advice to Management

Find balance between sales and operations....from certain viewpoints the company looks more and more customer compelled.

    Pros

The people I work with are wonderful.

    Cons

Management. I believe they view their staff as easily replaceable bodies in a chair. They don't seem to take into account the product knowledge those bodies have and the customer relationships they have cultivated.

    Advice to Management

Stop treating your staff like they are five years old. Question for you: How do you explain yourself in an interview when asked why you were fired from your last job? "Oh, I treated my staff like they were children and didn't respect the knowledge they had, so they all got pissed off and the entire department quit under my watch". Really? Is that what you want your legacy to be?
