Advice to Senior ManagementAjay the CEO has been doing a great job. Setting out a clear strategic direction of growth and inspiring and leading change management. The challenge for the rest of the organization is keeping up with a dynamic leader.

    My experience has not been too positive and it certainly did not meet my expectation.
