    Pros

Benefits, commute, smart people. Company tries to create an innovation culture but it is a struggle. Very relationship based, which can be a pro for some people.

    Cons

Everyone is in charge to the point that no one is. Long tenured employees make change extremely difficult. Structure hinders progress, consensus culture. Complete lack of process consistency in all areas. New leaders come in and we are always starting all over again.

    Advice to Management

Fix the the structure and create talent pool depth.
