Pros

They pay a bit better than Mosaic, but not as well as smaller marketing companies.
Hourly rate is the way to go.
Will hire anyone, you just need a car.
Always need backups because people drop out last minute - a great way to squeeze more money from the hiring staff.

Cons

Horrible online reporting system that all reps must use. System loses reports and is cumbersome and incredibly time consuming to use.
Management and program launches are incredibly disorganized.
Very little support for reps. Management talks to reps like children.
Very high turnover rate for Area Managers.
Pay can get missed if managers do not approve on time, or miss online reports.
No guarantees that you can get lost or missed pay if you don't catch the fact they missed paying you in time.

    Pros

Experiential marketing gets you onto the front lines of consumer behavior and insight into the competitive world of brand marketing. For a price.

    Cons

Work more than you get paid for as a rule. Constantly be on guard to monitor your paycheck to see if you were paid for all the hours submitted. Bank roll the company for your out of pocket expenses and gas and hope that someone remembered to approve them. Get no respect or appreciation for anything you do as a brand ambassador for the company. Management is always looking for faults in performance, people to blame, ways to not pay you. You are considered disposable. Be threatened with termination for any reason.

Don't put yourself out there long term for them...not worth the rate of return.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too many intimidation tactics and control issues going on at head office-- Scary vampires.

The company is very unappreciative of hard work and pays next to nothing to employees with university degrees.

I worked at Match Marketing Group

    Pros

The people in the work place were a lot of fun. The environment was very chill but sometimes way too lax.

    Cons

The company expected way too many hours for almost minimum wage once you split your salary over the hours you worked. Definitely not worth the work because it goes COMPLETLY unrecognized.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take time to notice those who actually do the work that goes into the final results of your client projects. You overlook those who aren't client managers which says a lot about how much you value your employees, and is likely the reason your company has so much employee turn around over such a short period of time.
