Cons

Very weak leadership, whose primary goal is to focus on short term decisions. No long term strategic vision. MSC used to praise itself for hiring the best people in the industry. Not any more. Too many C players, who are pushing the A players out of the company.
People are working in silos with conflicting G&Os. Too many non-global managers.

Advice to Senior Management

Get back on the growth track. Get rid of the C players. Reward A players. Move to a "0 defect" operations culture. Stop talking about strategy, execute instead.
