The company is growing fast, and whatever worked when it was smaller is coming under pressure because of the size.

Because the company has never been in a downturn it has never seen any reorganization. Therefore, some of the senior management that have organically grown into their positions are not really up to the job.

Advice to Senior Management

Be careful with managing the growth rate of the company. Watch out when serious competition finally arrives.
