I have been working at MathWorks full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

- Company stands by its core values
- Profit sharing/stakeholder bonuses are generous
- Good work/life balance
- Smart people, co-workers have respect for each other
- On-site fitness center

Cons

- Working from home not supported
- Very process-heavy organization, can be cumbersome to work through
- Not a lot of movement within company, career growth
