    Pros

Good benefits, relaxed environment on a personal level, but very driven on a professional one.

    Cons

Too many re-orginizations. Many senior staff members not utilized adequately.

    Advice to Management

Stop trying to change things to justify your position, and just do your job.

  2. Helpful (4)

Highly toxic / political environment with old boys clubs at the top

    Pros

    1. Friday half days
    2. Location
    3. Cafeteria
    4. New CEO seems more passionate about growth (too early to comment)

    Cons

    1. Culture is more about how loud and how much you talk vs. action; stems from a marketing dominant company (B-rated at it)
    2. Promotions seldom happen with a lot of external hire ins at senior level, that means u are stuck while u see a bunch of SVPs u wonder how they got that title
    3. Top heavy; about 150 VP and above for a company of $6B; these guys never retire or leave and its an old boys club
    4. Too much of people stepping on each other's toes nothing gets done; company grew single digit yoy in last 10 years speaks volume how risk aversive and useless snr management is
    5. Company wants to grow international headed by leadership who has no idea what international is; probably can't point on the globe where taiwan or korea is
    6. Relationship based culture is a word used to disguise who you know matter more than capability
    7. Most real work done at Assoc/Manager/Director with leadership taking all credits almost actively; been in so many situations where all work is done and meeting is exclusively between your boss and the superiors...

    Advice to Management

    1. Clean out the old rotten boys club and promote within
    2. Reduce number of VP and above and build a stronger middle
    3. See the cons above and figure out what to do
