good benefits, resume building, half day fridays

Cons

bad managemen, lack of innovation and leadership

Advice to Senior Management

get over yourself. work is not high school and we need to make the tough choices to succeed. once mattel figures out its not a social club and it's about being the best toy company in the world, it can actually act like the #1 toy company in the world.

From the cafeteria to Toy Fair, it's all who's in the "Club". Never who does the best job.
