Financially stable and generally invest in the betterment/education of the workforce both at the staff and management level.

Cons

Depending upon your position can require a significant amount of travel. Do more with less resources but expect the same output as before...leads to long hours. Not flexible enough on telecommuting. Too many exceptions to the rule depending upon which department you work in. Inconsistency of senior leadership across the board. Management committee can be indecisive on making strategic business decisions.

Advice to Senior Management

Be less litigious and more creative in your business decisions. Be more open during layoffs...everyone generally knows anyway.
