A company that believes in work / life balance. Opportunities to expand into other areas simply because there are a lot of unmet gaps in the organzational structure. There's a lot of opportunity to pick up dropped balls.

Cons

Lack of accountability for everything from budget management to project timetables.

Advice to Senior Management

Set some measurable objectives and help the rest of the organization understand their specific piece toward accomplishing them. Get everyone pulling in the same direction. There are too many functional and divisional silos. There are many lost opportunitities for improvement because the different divisions do not communicate with each other. This leads to duplicity in roles and effort. People spend more time trying to find or mine information inside the company than they do on activities that actually add value for the customer. Invest in an IT enterprise system it will drive process.
