Mattel Employee Review

Former Employee – worked at Mattel part-time for more than 10 years

Pros – 1/2 day Fridays. Good pay and benefits. Good products with a huge marketing machine for support.

Cons – Long hours. Mattel tends to lay people off when they get very high on the pay scale, even if they are doing a great job. Not a place you can work 30 years and retire.

Advice to Senior Management – People, not just dividends are important.
