Pros
You get to work with smart people. The employees do try their best to make the company successful.
Cons
Company has gotten bureaucratic. Lack strong leadership & vision from senior management after Jack left. There are product overlaps with different business units, which get territorial. There is not enough collaboration between the business units.
Advice to Senior Management
Manage with more specific market vision.
