Pros

Got lucky with the good will offer on the stock options package.

Cons

Don't Go their. It is micromanaged by a lot of bad managers. Very political! Pay below industry average. I spent 9 years at Maxim. I know what I am talking about.

Advice to Senior Management

Replace all excutive directors and up. Clean house.

I agree-only work here if it's a last resort. Very political. Hostile and tense working environment. Sweat shop atmosphere. Little support from managers. You spend more time and energy covering your rear. If you're a low or mid level manager, expect to get little credit for things that go well but all the credit for things that don't.
