“Will make you work hard”
Former Employee – worked at Maxim Integrated full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Good benefits package: healthcare, dental, vision and 401k. Challenging, having to stretch yourself, and always being tested to your creative limits. Never gets boring.
Cons – Noisy work environment. Very long work hours. Be ready and prepared to work long hours and harder than you would elsewhere.
Advice to Senior Management – Please listen to feedback from employees both past and present.
