A good place to grow and work

Member of Technical Staff Design Engineer (Current Employee) Sunnyvale, CA

Pros- You get a very extensive exposure to all the product development stages
- You get to interact with a lot of bright people and learn new things
- Innovation is encouraged

Cons- Bad data management and reuse
- Lot of push at the cost of innovation and quality to shorten product life cycles

Advice to Senior Management- Add technical people to the management who respect the need for innovation and quality as a long term goal rather than just going after short term profits.
- Improve data management and re-use, probably ask employees how to do it and reward them.
