Fine if you want to just do your job and go home

Associate (Current Employee) Austin, TX

ProsFlexibility in your schedule, compensation is decent, clients are good. The partners are generally understanding about sick days and sick kids. Good place if you have a kid and just want to do a job and go home and get paid decently.

ConsThere is no upward movement given the size of the entity. Only a select few people will ever make partner and they have already been selected and get "favoritism" treatment from the partners. The rest of the associates are just grunt workers.
