Current Employee – been working at Maxwell Locke & Ritter

Pros – Flexibility in your schedule, compensation is decent, clients are good. The partners are generally understanding about sick days and sick kids. Good place if you have a kid and just want to do a job and go home and get paid decently.

Cons – There is no upward movement given the size of the entity. Only a select few people will ever make partner and they have already been selected and get "favoritism" treatment from the partners. The rest of the associates are just grunt workers.
