I have been working at Mayo Clinic full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

Good pay, good hours. Encourages further education and personal improvement.

Cons

Lack of leadership in some divisions. Failure to follow through on promises for increased opportunities.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Use the employee pool to its full potential. Don't encourage employees to advance their education for the ability to move upward, if you are not willing to help in that process.
