    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sometimes upper management doesn't have a clue as to what the employees on the floor are doing and how hard they have to work because the company is understaffed because the company doesn't want to pay more employees but would gather give the nurses more work. Its safer for everyone if the loads are lessened, not increased!
