Cliquish environment. Managers emphasize team competition over cooperation. But cool benefits though.

ProsCar allowance is great. B level employees get $550/month to use for lease of up to three vehicles. 'C' level employees get $650/month. Any money left over from the allowance is added to your paycheck.
Great medical and dental benefits.
Fitness benefit of $300 per year can be used to buy bicycles or for gym memberships.
Very good looking cars.

ConsEasy to plateau in your position and reach a career dead end.
Absolutely NO diversity among senior management and executive team.
Horrible food in the cafeteria.
Very cliquish environment. If you're not in the "right" clique your career advancement opportunities are slim.
The company refuses to support progressive fuel economy standards and deliver more fuel efficient vehicles.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't pit employees against each other. Use employees respective talents to build well rounded teams. Forcing team members to compete creates unnecessary tension.
