ProsWinter shut down for a week.
Vehicle allowance includes lease of vehicle, registration and maintenance.
Weekends off.

ConsNo offense to the janitors but they can do a better job than many of the managers and executives at Mazda.
Horrible HR department > does not promote employee development opportunities.
Everyone is about covering their own behinds, you can't trust anyone here.

Advice to Senior ManagementUse your head and grow some.
