“Great before DeWalt resigned, choppy since then.”
I have been working at McAfee
Pros – Security's relevance is only increasing, and we have an enviable product portfolio.
Cons – People changes rarely announced, creating environment of confusion. The co-CEO model is rare and does not have a strong track record in business in general.
Advice to Senior Management – Work to break silos. Create cross functional discussions.
