Pros – It is a growing company that has a nice niche , management treats you with respect. If you are a top sales rep, you are able to move up in the organization and make decent money. The company is well respected in the industry and really created the niche of online security.

Cons – Its tough if you are in sales because its a hard sell. It is tough because there are competitors coming up that are really competitive in terms of price and the general public does not understand the difference between the competing companies so they often go for the cheaper alternative. The larger companies do not skimp on service , however the smaller websites try to save money,

Advice to Senior Management – Increase commissions and more leeway for sales reps. It is tough to find leads, so more marketing would bring in more leads which would help sales a lot.
